The most dangerous patterns are the ones no one is looking for.
I'm Nana-Hauwa Ndirpaya. I spent years as a forensic accountant, trained to find what others miss. I now bring that same eye to the patterns that harm people; in relationships, in organisations, and in the transitions that quietly derail even the capable — and I help audiences see them early enough to act.
Most damage doesn't arrive as one dramatic event. It builds — through patterns people weren't equipped to notice, and systems that respond too late. My work is about catching those patterns early enough to change the outcome.
STREAM A
Prevention & safety
Helping young people recognise unhealthy relationships before they're trapped, and helping schools, faith communities and organisations build the cultures and safeguarding systems that stop harm before it escalates.
STREAM B
Leadership & transition
Helping leaders and teams see the hidden risks inside their own cultures, and helping capable people navigate the identity shifts — new roles, new seasons — that so often stall them.
Different rooms, one method.
